Rebuilding for the Future: The Altadena Resiliency Housing Coalition (ARHC)

In response to the crisis, the Altadena Resiliency Housing Coalition (ARHC) was formed to lead efforts in rebuilding Altadena with sustainability, affordability, and equity at its core.

The D.R.E.A.M. Homes Initiative focuses on:

  • Durable: Fireproof, stormproof, and long-lasting housing solutions.

  • Resilient: Smart, sustainable, and disaster-ready infrastructure.

  • Equitable: Keeping housing affordable and accessible to long-time residents.

  • Advanced: Leveraging AI, microgrids, and CleanTech for future-ready homes.

  • Mission-Driven: Centering the cultural, economic, and historical identity of Altadena in all rebuilding efforts.
